Raab & Raab traces its beginning back to 1981. Our offices are conveniently located just north of Oakland Park Boulevard. There is ample parking just outside the door and easy access from I-95. Regular office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We provide legal services to our clients in Matrimonial and Family Law matters (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, division of marital property, marital and prenuptial agreements), Entertainment matters, Probate Litigation (will contests and contested estates), complex Business and Real Property litigation, and defense of Criminal and Traffic matters. We are available to provide mediation in Family Law matters and to arbitrate commercial and other types of disputes. We also participate in the Collaborative Law process, which allows clients to resolve their family law matters without the need to engage in costly litigation. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in New York as well as Florida, giving the Firm the ability to provide legal services in both states.
